Who we are
tuwaijri.co is a Saudi practice led by Othman Altuwaijri, a lawyer licensed by the Ministry of Justice (Lawyer Licence No. 431929) and authorised to provide trademark services by the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP Trademark Services Licence No. ALN202501325).
Our background runs through some of the country's established corporate practices. We have worked with leading Saudi firms, including SB Lawyers and AlGhazzawi & Partners, on the kind of complex commercial matters those practices are known for. We have also represented subsidiaries of Saudi Aramco, including Wa'ed and SASREF, in disputes worth tens of millions of riyals, securing a successful result in every matter we handled for them.

What we do
We focus on trademarks in Saudi Arabia, across four services.
Registration
Clearing, filing, and prosecuting trademark applications before SAIP, from a search of the register through to a granted mark that holds up if it is ever tested.
Monitoring
Watching the register and new filings for marks that conflict with yours, so you hear about a problem while there is still time to object.
Cancellation
Striking a registered mark that breaches the Law or has sat unused, with the case built on the evidence Saudi courts actually accept.
Revocation
Asking the commercial court to cancel a mark registered over a brand you used first in Saudi Arabia, where you act within the deadline that applies.
