Who we are
tuwaijri.co is a Saudi legal practice led by Othman Altuwaijri. He is a lawyer licensed by the Ministry of Justice (Lawyer Licence No. 431929) and authorised to provide trademark services by the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP Trademark Services Licence No. ALN202501325). He is also a licensed notary (Notary Licence No. 46/97943) and a member of the Saudi Bar Association (Member ID 414685).
He holds a Bachelor of Law from Prince Musaid Bin Abdulrahman University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stuart School of Business at Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
Our background runs through some of the country's established corporate practices. We have worked with leading Saudi firms, including SB Lawyers and AlGhazzawi & Partners, on the kind of complex commercial matters those practices are known for. We have also represented subsidiaries of Saudi Aramco, including Wa'ed, and each of those matters closed in the client's favour.
We have acted in more than 120 cases before Saudi courts, hold around 250 powers of attorney from companies and individuals, and have run disputes including one worth more than SAR 10 million that concluded in the client's favour. That is a record of work already done, not a prediction of how any future matter concludes. What we commit to is the professional skill and care we bring to your matter.
